Class Projects. 

Each hexter deserves a new, exciting class project. Class projects range from designing (and eating!) cell cookies, to building and shooting off rockets, to breeding class-made pets to find probable genetic outcomes. 

 

 

Student Projects. 

Through the Urban Advantage, students get to create and design a science project using the scientific method. Students get to come up with a scientific question which they can test! Projects in the past range from finding the best hair spray to hold curls, identifying afternoon elephant behavior at the Denver Zoo, and using Newton's Laws to shoot a cup off someone's head using the force of air.
